Once you have an appointment made, you will be reminded 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment.
Full physicals, procedures, and other non-standard appointments must be booked by phone.
If you have a fever, cough, or flu, then do not come to our clinic or any
other clinic.
Call 811 and follow their instructions as necessary.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointments via phone or email at
least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you do not show up,
reschedule late, or cancel late, you will be charged a fee of either $50
for a regular appointment, or $80 for a non-standard appointment.
